Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your book must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

If your return is accepted, we'll provide instructions on how and where to return your package. Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Items returned without first contacting us will not be accepted.

You can always contact us by email if you have any questions about returns.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We'll evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item. Once your return has been accepted, you can place a new order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the book must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your returned item, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
